Why I hate Outlook...

I find myself wasting so much time searching for emails in Outlook. Let me give you a real example.

Here are Outlook's instructions on how to 'find a message from a particular person':



Simple enough.

Well, here's what I'm actually seeing:

I'm completely stumped. Why are all these emails being included? How is this not the easiest search filter to implement? It's looking through a designated from tag, not the entire email. Or is it?

Ugh.
